事業承継のあと、週1だけ店に立つ理由
先日、「おさぴーのシニアライフ実験室」を立ち上げたところ、多くの方々にお読みいただき、うれしいお声をたくさんいただきました。
本日、その続編の「事業承継のあと、週1だけ店に立つ理由（そして気楽さ）」をアップいたしました。
青木さんに後を託す想いと、なぜその後もお店に週一ではあるが立つのか。
そのあたりの気持ちを考えを書いてみました。
事業承継、当店の場合は小規模な例ですが、街中のお店さんや自営業の方のご参考にでもなればうれしいことです。

Why I’ll Still Be in the Shop Just Once a Week After the Business Succession
The other day, I launched “Osapi’s Senior Life Laboratory,” and many people have already read it and sent me such warm feedback. I’m truly grateful.
Today, I’ve posted the follow-up article:
“Why I’ll Still Be in the Shop Just Once a Week After the Business Succession (and How That Feels So Light)”
In it, I write about my feelings as I hand things over to Aoki-san,
and also why, even after that, I’ve chosen to keep standing in the shop—only once a week, but still there.
In our case, the business succession is on a small scale,
but I would be very happy if what I share could be of some help or reference
to other small shops in town or self-employed owners who are thinking about succession.
If you have any thoughts or impressions, I’d be delighted to hear them.
