おさだからのお願い

皆さま、明けましておめでとうございます。

いつも「快足楽歩カンパニー おさだウイズ店」を信頼してお越しくださり、本当にありがとうございます。

今日は、これからのお店のことを、きちんと皆さまにお伝えしたくて書いています。

3月末で、私おさぴーは引退します。

結論から言います。

私おさぴーは 2026年3月末で引退し、4月からは青木優子さんがお店を引き継ぎます。

実は、以前は「死ぬまで現役で」と思っていました。

ところが昨年の夏過ぎから、体力よりも先に“根気”のほうに衰えを感じるようになりました。

身体はまだ動きます。けれど、接客は「気力・集中力・判断力」が要ります。

その大事な部分が落ちてきたまま続けるのは、皆さまに対して失礼で、むしろご迷惑になる。

そう判断しました。

お店を閉めることも考えました。

でもその時、青木さんが「私がやります」と手を挙げてくれました。

…正直、めちゃくちゃ嬉しかったです。

そして、心から安心しました。

青木さんは“若いだけ”ではありません。才能があります。

お客さまの中には、

「マスターシューフィッターのおさぴーがいなくなるなら不安…」

そう感じる方もいらっしゃると思います。よく分かります。

ただ、青木さんは見た目が若いだけじゃない。

この仕事に必要な、観察力・吸収力・誠実さ、そして“伸びしろ”があります。

これからのおさだウイズ店は、青木さんの感性と考え方で、もっと進化できると私は信じています。

4月からはワンオペになります。だから「ご予約優先」を大切にします。

4月以降は、青木さんの**一人営業（ワンオペ）**が基本になります。

立て込んでしまうと、かえって皆さまにご迷惑がかかります。

そこで、これまで以上に 「ご予約優先」 を大切にし、

お一人お一人にしっかり向き合える形に整えていきます。

また、元気に良い接客を続けるために、定休日も増やします。

火・水・木が定休日になります（そのうち一日は展示会・業務などにも充てます）。

ご不便をおかけしますが、結果として「良い靴選びの時間」を守るための決断です。

おさぴーは“完全に消えません”（幽霊でもありません）

大事なことを言います。

私は、完全にお店からいなくなるわけではありません。

少し休養をいただいた後、体調が整ったら、

週に一度くらい 「おさぴーの靴相談室」 のような形で、調整やご相談にお応えできる日を設ける予定です（曜日などは、決まり次第お知らせします）。

「困った時に相談できる場所がある」

その安心感は、きちんと残します。

※そして、昨年末に退職したやまださんも、近くにおります。

「会って話したいなぁ」という方は、事前にご連絡いただければ、都合がつく範囲でお店に顔を出せるようです。

また、抹茶を愉しむ会など、イベントも考えているところです。

これからも、おさだウイズ店は「足と身体と心が快適になる場」であり続けます。

時代は変わりました。

小さな小売店には正直、難しい時代です。

でも、だからこそ——

人が人に向き合って「その人の足に本当に合うものを一緒に見つける」価値は、むしろ強くなると私は思っています。

これからのおさだウイズ店は、

青木さんが先頭に立ち、私たちサポート組が必要な時に支える形になります。

どうか皆さま、これまで以上に青木さんを応援してください。

そして、これからも変わらず、おさだウイズ店をご愛顧いただけましたら幸いです。

A Request from Osada

Everyone, Happy New Year.
Thank you so much, as always, for placing your trust in “Kaisoku Rakuho Company Osada With-ten” and visiting us.

Today, I’m writing to share properly with you what lies ahead for our shop.

I, Osapi, will retire at the end of March

Let me start with the conclusion.
I, Osapi, will be retiring at the end of March 2026, and from April, Ms. Yuko Aoki will take over the shop.

To be honest, I once thought, “I’ll keep working until the day I die.”
However, from around late last summer, I began to feel my “staying power” fading even before my physical strength.

My body still moves.
But customer service requires “mental energy, focus, and good judgment.”
Continuing on while those crucial parts are declining would be disrespectful to all of you, and might even cause you trouble.

That is how I arrived at my decision.

I did consider closing the shop altogether.
But at that moment, Aoki-san raised her hand and said, “I’ll do it.”

…To be honest, I was unbelievably happy.
And I felt truly at peace.

Aoki-san is not just “young” — she has real talent

Aoki-san is not “just young.” She has talent.

Some of you may be thinking,
“I feel uneasy if Master Shoe Fitter Osapi won’t be there anymore…”
I completely understand that feeling.

But Aoki-san is more than just a youthful appearance.
She has the observation skills, ability to learn, sincerity — and above all, the “room to grow” that this work requires.

I genuinely believe that, guided by Aoki-san’s sensibilities and way of thinking, Osada With-ten can evolve even further from here.

From April, it will be a one-person operation — so we’ll prioritize reservations

From April onward, the basic style will be one-person operation (Aoki-san alone).
If the shop gets too crowded, it will end up causing inconvenience to you.

So we will place even more importance on “reservation priority”,
and create a setup that allows us to fully focus on each person, one by one.

To keep offering good, energetic customer service, we will also increase our regular closing days.
Our regular holidays will be Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (one of those days will also be used for trade shows and back-office work).

We realize this may cause some inconvenience, but this decision is ultimately to protect the quality of “good shoe-fitting time” for you.

Osapi won’t disappear completely (and no, I won’t be a ghost either)

There is something important I want to say.
I won’t be vanishing completely from the shop.

After taking a bit of a rest and getting my condition in order,
I’m planning to set aside a day about once a week for something like
“Osapi’s Shoe Consultation Room,”
where I can help with adjustments and consultations.
(We’ll let you know the day of the week and other details once they’re decided.)

We will make sure that you still have
“a place you can come to when you’re in trouble and need advice.”
That sense of reassurance will remain.

※ And as for Yamada-san, who retired at the end of last year — she’s still living nearby.
If you’re thinking, “I’d really like to see her and talk,” please contact us in advance;
as far as her schedule allows, she’ll be able to drop by the shop.

We’re also thinking about events, such as gatherings to enjoy matcha together.

Osada With-ten will continue to be “a place where your feet, body, and mind all feel at ease”

Times have changed.
To be honest, this is not an easy era for small retailers.

But precisely because of that—
I believe the value of “a human being facing another human being, and together finding what truly suits that person’s feet” will only grow stronger.

From now on, at Osada With-ten,
Aoki-san will be at the forefront, and we “support team” will support her when needed.

I humbly ask all of you to support Aoki-san even more than before.
And I would be truly grateful if you would continue to give Osada With-ten your unchanged love and patronage.
