「今年は“足をいたわる年”にしませんか？」

新しい年が始まりましたね。
いかがお過ごしでしょうか。

おさだウイズ店は、1月5日の初商いから、ありがたいことに毎日のようにお客さまが足を運んでくださって、店の中はずっとあたたかい空気です。

お話をうかがっていると、皆さま本当にお忙しい。
仕事、家のこと、家族のこと。やることが次々出てきて、「自分のことは後回し」になりがちな毎日の中で、貴重なお時間を使って来てくださることが、何よりうれしく、感謝の気持ちでいっぱいです。

この数年、世の中の変化のスピードがぐっと上がったと感じませんか。

お仕事でも人手不足が続き、「一人ひとりの負担が増えている」という声をよく聞きます。
時間が足りない、気持ちの余裕が削られる、でも手は抜けない。
そんな状況の中で、生活のいろんなところが“ギリギリ”になりやすいのが今なのかもしれません。

だからこそ、機械やAIに任せられることは上手に任せて、人がやるべきこと――気配りや工夫、想いのこもった仕事――は、もっと大切にされていく。

私は、そんな時代になっていくと感じています。

「足に合う靴を選ぶこと」って、まさに人がやるべき領域だと思っています。

数字やサイズだけでは決められない“微妙な違和感”や“安心感”は、言葉だけではうまく説明できないことが多い。

だから、そこを一緒にほどいていくのが、私たちの仕事です。

おさだウイズ店も今年は“節目の年”です。

おさぴーは前に出る役目を引いて、これからは青木が中心になってお店を引っ張っていきます。
今はそのための準備をしながら、「もっと良い仕事をするには、どう運営したらいいか」を真剣に考えている最中です。

ここは、はっきりお伝えします。

体制が変わっても、大事にするものは変わりません。
・しっかり足を見て
・きちんとお話を聞いて
・お客さまに寄り添った選び方を提案する
この基本は、むしろこれからさらに強くしていきます。

これからも変わらず、「継続して安心できる店」にしていきたいと思っています。

少し話は変わりますが、世の中の大きな変化は、いよいよ私たちの暮らしそのものにも影響してきました。

たとえばパソコンやスマートフォンなど、身近なデジタル製品。
AIの普及でデータセンターが急拡大し、高品質なメモリや半導体が大量に必要になっています。

その結果、個人が使う機器も値上がりしたり、品薄になったり……。
実際に、メモリの価格が短期間で大きく上がり、メーカーによっては一時的に生産や販売を止める動きも出ています。

こうした変化は、これまでの「去年と同じ感覚」で考えていると、追いつけないほど速くて大きい。
そしてこの流れは、きっとこれからも続いていきます。

もちろん、私たちのような小さな靴屋にも、いろいろな影響は出てくると思います。

でも、こういう時代だからこそ、より丁寧にお付き合いを重ねていく

大きなシステムや効率一辺倒ではなく、
“人が人に向き合う小さな商い”だからこそできることがある。

忙しい毎日の中で、足の痛みや違和感って、つい我慢しがちです。

でも、足は毎日つき合うもの。
足が整うと、気持ちまで少し軽くなる。
その“ちいさな回復”を、今年もおさだウイズ店は大切にしていきます。

街の片隅の小さな靴屋ですが、
ここが皆さまにとって「ちょっと元気になれる場所」「安心して相談できる場所」になれるよう、今年も丁寧に積み重ねていきます。

A new year has begun.
How have you been spending these first days of it?

From our first business day on January 5, we’ve been blessed every day with customers coming through the door, and the atmosphere inside Osada With-ten has been warm and welcoming nonstop.

As we listen to your stories, we realize just how busy everyone is.

Work, home, family matters…
New tasks pop up one after another, and in the middle of all that, it’s so easy to put yourself last.
That’s why it means so much to us that you choose to spend your precious time coming here. We are truly, deeply grateful.

Over these past few years, haven’t you felt that the speed of change in the world has really picked up?

We often hear people say that staffing shortages continue, and that “each person’s burden is getting heavier.”
There’s not enough time, your emotional margin gets worn down, yet you can’t just cut corners.
In that kind of situation, many areas of life can easily start running “on the edge.”

All the more reason, I believe, for us to hand over to machines and AI what can be handed over,
and to cherish even more the things that humans should do —
care, creativity, and work that carries real feeling.

I feel that this is exactly the kind of era we’re entering.

I believe that “choosing shoes that truly fit your feet” is very much one of those things humans are meant to do.
The subtle discomforts and that quiet sense of reassurance that can’t be decided by numbers or size alone are often hard to put into words.

That’s why our job is to sit with you and gently untangle those feelings together.

So again, our work is to explore those signals together with you.

This year is also a “turning point” year for Osada With-ten.

Osapi will be stepping back from the front line, and from here on Aoki will take the lead in running the shop.

Right now, as we prepare for that, we’re seriously thinking about “how to operate the shop so that we can do even better work.”

Let me say this clearly.

Even though the structure will change, what we value will not change.

• We take a careful look at your feet
• We listen properly to your story
• We propose choices that stay close to your needs

These basics are things we intend not just to keep, but to strengthen even more.

We want to remain, as always, a place where you can feel a steady sense of安心 — a shop you can continue to rely on over time.

Of course, even a small shoe shop like ours will feel the effects of the changes around us.

But precisely because it’s this kind of era, we want to build our relationships with even more care.
Instead of relying only on big systems and pure efficiency,
there are things that “a small, human-to-human business” like ours can uniquely offer.

In the rush of everyday life, it’s easy to just endure foot pain or discomfort.

Yet your feet are with you every single day.
When your feet are in good balance, even your mood feels a little lighter.
That kind of “small recovery” is exactly what Osada With-ten wants to keep cherishing this year as well.

We’re just a small shoe shop on a side street in town,
but we hope this will continue to be “a place where you can feel a little more energized” and “a place where you can comfortably ask for advice.”
We’ll keep building that, step by step, with care.
